Introduction

Hi everyone,

It was great to meet and talk with you on Sep 10. I hope I speak for everyone when I say I learned and reflected a great deal despite not finishing "Trading Up". I volunteered to send some information on goal-setting to everyone so we can work to create our own personal goals before we meet. I am very excited to have this opportunity to work on our goals together, I've been wanting to do something like this for a looooooong time.
Below are the six things that I think we can accomplish before, during and after our next meeting on Thursday October 8. I thought about adding my completed assignments to help people understand, but I was afraid of biasing your thinking!
Yes there is homework! I promise it won't take as long as reading a book though!

Let me know if you have any questions and see you Oct 8.

-Anders
